Role Overview:

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in prospecting tools and outreach. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching recruitment services, closing business deals, and onboarding clients for our internal recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads using , Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools

· Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns to connect with decision-makers

· Pitch recruitment services and understand client hiring needs

· Negotiate and finalize commercial terms (Terms of Business)

· Maintain accurate lead records and sales pipeline in CRM/spreadsheets

· Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover to recruitment team

· Collaborate with management on targeted marketing campaigns

Requirements:

· 2+ years' experience in B2B lead generation, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in recruitment/HR services)

· Proficiency with tools: , Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools

· Proven success in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and closing clients

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
