Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support our business growth by finding and qualifying new opportunities with brands, agencies, and partners. This role requires a proactive individual who can research, connect, and build strong pipelines of prospects for our influencer marketing and artist management projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across industries like FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, events, and entertainment.
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email, calls, and CRM tools.
- Maintain and update lead databases and ensure accuracy of records.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to schedule meetings and support conversions.
- Track industry trends and provide insights on influencer marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales (preferably in Digital media)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Passion for influencer marketing, talent management, and brand partnerships.
