We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:~Identify and generate new business opportunities in app and web development markets.~Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, referrals, and partnerships.~Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored solutions.~Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.~Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.~Build and nurture long-term client relationships to maximize customer lifetime value.~Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine business strategies.~Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support growth initiatives.Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications & Skills:~Proven experience (3–6 years) in business development, sales, or account management within IT/software services (preferably in app and web development).~Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, digital transformation, and emerging trends.~Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.~Ability to build rapport and trust with decision-makers .~Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.~Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
