Role: Escalation Handling Executive
Location: Bhopal (Onsite)
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Process: Inbound & Outbound – E-Commerce
Experience: Fresher/Experienced both can apply

Note:

Ayodhya Bypass, Bhopal
(Candidates must be willing to relocate.)
Important Note:
Candidate must have good communication skills in English.
Profiles without strong English communication will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated customer calls (orders, refunds, returns, delivery issues)
- Provide quick and accurate resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for case closure
- Maintain CRM updates and case notes
- Ensure timely resolution as per TAT
- Identify recurring issues and share insights
Skills Required:
- Excellent English and Hindi communication
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge
- E-commerce process knowledge is a plus
