Customer Support Executive – Fast2SMS
Location: Bhopal
Shift: Day & Night Shift | Rotational (24×7)
Work Schedule: 8 hours shift
About the Role
Fast2SMS is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance related to our Bulk SMS platform. This role involves working 8-hours shift in a rotational day and night schedule. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn; prior experience in customer support or bulk messaging platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat.
- Guide users with account setup, SMS services, delivery concerns, and feature usage.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure follow-ups and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational day and night shifts (24×7, 8-hours shift).
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
