Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Associate role located in Bhopal. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries through various channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The associate will engage with customers daily, provide timely support, and represent the company in a professional manner. Additionally, the role may involve supporting sales processes and collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and fostering a positive Customer Experience
  • Strong skills in Sales and the ability to support sales and upselling initiatives
  • Experience in Training and guiding team members or customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or relevant industries is preferred
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field is an advantage
