About the Role

We are hiring a smart, confident, and dedicated Female Customer Support Executive to handle all customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email.

The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, and fluent in both English and Hindi, with the ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining a calm and positive tone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and Email.
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, tracking, product details, and customizations.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Maintain chat logs, update order sheets, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
  • Identify recurring queries and share customer insights with the internal team to improve experience.

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail.
