Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate located in Bhopal. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining proper phone etiquette. Daily tasks include providing top-notch customer support and enhancing the overall customer experience through excellent service.

- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Phone Etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
