Location: Noida, Sector-3 (Work from Office 6 Days a Week)

About the Role
We are looking for a Team Lead Inside Sales who can drive loan sales through outbound calling, lead conversion, and effective team management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Business Loans / SME Finance and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve business loan targets.
• Conduct outbound calls for lead generation, qualification, and closure.
• Drive sales for Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, and SME Finance solutions.
• Monitor team performance, call productivity, and lead conversion ratios.
• Manage CRM updates, track pipelines, and ensure accurate daily reporting.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan disbursal.
• Deliver regular feedback and conduct training to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for better team efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele calling, or Loan Sales (Business/SME loans preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with target-driven attitude.
• Deep understanding of SME lending, documentation, and loan lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and Excel for reporting and data tracking.
Education
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Candidates from NBFC, Fintech, or BFSI backgrounds preferred.
