Job Summary:

The Team Lead - Inside Sales will oversee and drive the performance of a dynamic inside sales team consisting

of and 8-10 Inside Sales Associates. The role requires a strategic thinker and a strong leader who can design and

implement sales strategies, ensure team efficiency, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:







Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8-10 Inside Sales Associates (ISAs).

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Foster a positive and results-driven team culture.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:





Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and ensure consistent

performance.



Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the sales roadmap.

3. Pipeline Management:



Oversee lead generation, qualification, and nurturing processes to maintain a healthy sales

pipeline.





Work with TLs to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.

Ensure CRM tools and databases are updated accurately by the team.

4. Training and Development:





Identify training needs and organize periodic training sessions for team members. Equip team members with tools and techniques for improving sales pitches, objection handling, and overall customer interaction.

5. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:





Support the team in engaging with potential customers to ensure a high conversion rate.

Address escalated customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

6. Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and challenges to senior

management.

Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and

alignment.

Qualifications:





Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced

degree is preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the Education/EdTech or Manpower

Services sector.











Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating mid-sized sales teams.

Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and techniques.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
