Attrition Control and Employee Retention.
Maintaining HR Ops and controlling HR Hygiene factors of Employees in the system.
Must handle stakeholders of different channels.
Should be able to handle Escalations from all levels.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have handled HR Business as Regional HRBP in any BFSI/NBFC Organization
