Job Title: Front Office Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors courteously.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations.
  • Coordinate courier, postal, and office communication.
  • Support administrative tasks and assist HR or Admin when required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
  • Manage meeting room schedules and refreshments for guests.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Preferred Female Candidates.
  • 0–3 years of experience in front office or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, polite, and well-organized.
