Move My Stuff, a Melbourne-based leader in moving and logistics services, is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand our B2B client base. This remote position is based in India and requires a results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. If you excel in building client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and generate leads to expand our client portfolio in the moving and furniture-related sectors.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate and manage outreach efforts via calls, emails, and online platforms to engage potential customers.
  • Business Conversion: Utilize exceptional sales and negotiation skills to secure new B2B contracts and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the moving, logistics, or furniture-related industry.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey offerings persuasively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and sales platforms.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
