Job Description:
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert potential individual learners and professionals into enthusiastic customers. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute strategies that boost enrollment and revenue.
Ideal candidate:
Candidates with 1 to 2 years of Business Development experience preferably in the EdTech industry and proven track record of sales will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work jointly with an internal team to drive business development strategy.
- Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Handle customers in a calm, empathic & patient manner, along with strong sales persuasion skills.
- Identify new business development opportunities by following up on leads via email. Keep all reporting formats, CRM etc. updated on a regular basis.
- Coordinate appointments, calls and meetings between senior management and customers for discussing new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content Creation and Product Development teams.
- Reporting and coordinating the day-to-day activities with the Business Development Manager
- Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Sales/ Marketing or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech or Healthcare sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential customers.
- Strong understanding of online marketing and sales techniques.

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
