Role Overview:

Kaarwan is looking for driven and results-oriented Business Development Associates and Senior Business Development Associates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll fuel our growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and advancing our mission to revolutionize design education. Key Responsibilities:

● Empower Designers: Connect architects and designers to Kaarwan's transformative programs, helping them elevate their skills and advance their careers.

● Lead Engagement & Enrollment: Manage the entire sales process, from generating inquiries to guiding qualified leads through enrollment in our design-focused programs.

● Be a Trusted Advisor: Understand the unique challenges and goals of designers, recommending the right Kaarwan programs tailored to their needs.

● Master CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate CRM records to track lead interactions, ensuring effective follow-ups and seamless conversions.

● Build Strong Connections: Foster meaningful relationships with potential learners, delivering an exceptional experience throughout their journey with Kaarwan.

● Exceed Expectations: Achieve and surpass sales targets, driving revenue growth while earning performance-based incentives.

● Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with a vibrant, forward-thinking team to shape the future of design education.

What We're Looking For:

● Sales Enthusiast: 1–4 years of experience in inside sales (B2C, outbound sales, or similar) with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

● Results-Driven: A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.

● Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and inspire.

● Adaptable Learner: Quick to grasp new concepts, strategies, and offerings.
