Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to handle outbound cold calling for the US market. The role requires night shift availability to align with US business hours. You will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling demos, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective US-based clients.
  • Pitch UniLytics' solutions effectively and generate interest.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Keep detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral or US-accent preferred).
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones).
  • Prior experience in international cold calling, BPO, lead generation, or inside sales preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated.
  • Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
