What Your Role Entails

This role is responsible for installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of Environmental Chamber products, while providing pre-sales technical support. It drives service business by achieving targets, ensuring timely payment follow-ups, and cultivating long-term relationships with high-value customers.

What You'll Do

  • Installation & Commissioning :
    You will ensure timely installation and commissioning of Environmental Test Chambers, troubleshoot electronic issues at the component level, and maintain calibration equipment and tools in optimal condition.
  • Customer Relationship & Engagement :
    You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, secure AMC and spare orders, follow up on payments, and manage the customer database to drive long-term engagements.
  • Service & After Sales Support :
    You will provide servicing, operation, and repair support, assist in product demonstrations for pre-sales, convert service enquiries into orders, and ensure compliance with NABL requirements while maintaining accurate machine records
    .
  • Profitability :
    You will focus on driving profitability through AMC, spares, and accessories sales, prepare quotations, vendor purchase orders, costing sheets, and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual service projections.
  • Market & Technical Knowledge :
    You will stay updated on market trends, competition, and the latest technology, leveraging your knowledge to provide accurate technical support and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your success is grounded in

  • Educational Background:
    You should hold B.E/ Diploma Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics
  • Experience:
    A proven track record of 5-10 years in service management and a passion for Chamber machinery is essential.
  • Technical Acumen:
    Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart.
  • Problem Solver:
    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, as you'll be addressing diverse challenges.
  • Industry Insight:
    Experience with Capital Equipment and Material Testing will be a valuable bonus.
  • Effective Communicator:
    We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions

Where you'll be

This role is based in Bangalore, India and will involve handling the entire South Zone
