Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to increase awareness of Jobs Territorys brand and achievements.
  • Write press releases, articles, blogs, and social media content highlighting our success stories, client partnerships, and women-led initiatives.
  • Reach out to media outlets, journalists, and online platforms to get coverage for Jobs Territory.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our Recruitment-as-a-Service (RAAS) model and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletters.
  • Support company events, collaborations, and campaigns that enhance public visibility.
  • Track and analyze media coverage and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Public Relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation ability.
  • Knowledge of social media, branding, and digital PR.
  • Creative, confident, and eager to represent a fast-growing women-led brand.
