Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at BOSC Tech Labs Private Limited. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling end-to-end sales activities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with technical teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Maintain sales pipelines, activity reports, and client communication logs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • More than 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (IT services/tech industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Good understanding of IT services, software development processes, and market trends.
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹61,304.01 per month
