Bizyocon KZ Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to delivering innovative business solutions and services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and social platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) to align strategies and achieve targets.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM/trackers.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹11, ₹40,141.48 per month
