Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and social platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) to align strategies and achieve targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM/trackers.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹40,141.48 per month
