We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to join our team in Gandhinagar and drive new business growth.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the spearhead of our sales efforts, responsible for generating new leads and securing high-value software development projects. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT services landscape and the ability to articulate the value of high-quality development solutions to potential clients globally.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:


• Lead Generation: Actively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through a variety of channels, professional networking, and targeted cold outreach.


• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to target decision-makers in potential client companies.


• Client Engagement: Initiate contact, build rapport, and present our Web and Software Development capabilities clearly and convincingly.


• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and signed deals.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:


• Experience: 2-3 years of proven business development/sales experience specifically within the Information Technology or IT Services sector.


• Domain Knowledge: Basic familiarity with the Web and Software Development sales cycle


• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for global client interaction.


• Location: Ability to work from our Gandhinagar office (On-site/Hybrid is strongly preferred) to collaborate closely with the technical team, though remote flexibility is available.
