Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive agency growth through lead generation, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, nurturing prospects, and strengthening client-agency relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through research, networking, digital outreach, and industry platforms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships to expand the agency's reach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for potential clients.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and new markets to support lead generation and growth.
- Represent Social Faalcon at industry events, forums, and networking platforms to enhance visibility and attract leads.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch decks in collaboration with internal teams.
- Track lead generation efforts and conversion progress, reporting results to leadership.
- Support leadership in shaping business growth strategies, market positioning, and service expansion.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or client relationship management, preferably in a marketing/digital agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and agency services.
- Proven ability to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through multiple channels.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
