Austix Hospitality is a premium training and placement firm serving luxury hotels and maritime employers. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B partnerships and revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage B2B partnerships with hotels, manning partners & corporate clients.
- Develop and close new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage onboarding.
- Achieve quarterly revenue and partnership targets.
What You Bring:
- 3–6 years in B2B sales or business development (hospitality/training/recruitment).
- Proven deal-closing skills and strong relationship management.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
