Position Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the offshore marine and shipping sector. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, charterers, oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders to expand the company's market presence. The BDM plays a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marine/Engineering/Business/Management.
- Offshore/marine industry experience is mandatory (preferably with AHTS/PSV/Tug chartering exposure).
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or chartering in offshore/marine companies.
- Strong understanding of offshore vessel operations, chartering models, and client requirements.
- Experience in dealing with Oil & Gas companies, EPCs, and international charterers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Core Competencies
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen.
- Ability to build and maintain client trust and long-term partnerships.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent proposal writing, email drafting, and presentation skills.
- Networking ability with industry stakeholders (clients, regulators, agents, class societies).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹75, ₹100,000.00 per month
