At Balance Nutrition, we are seeking a driven professional to expand our partnerships and growth initiatives across diverse verticals. This role requires close collaboration with the founders and offers dynamic, evolving responsibilities beyond a fixed checklist. You will be at the forefront of building and nurturing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving end-to-end execution from market research and pitching to onboarding and scaling partnerships.
This is not a typical BD role it combines elements of strategy, sales, and execution. You will have the opportunity to shape how Balance Nutrition enters new markets, designs co-branded programs, and creates impactful partnerships with corporates, fitness institutions, schools, and insurance companies. Success in this role requires adaptability, ownership, and the ability to translate ideas into tangible growth opportunities.
These roles require close collaboration with the founders and are dynamic in nature, without a fixed checklist of responsibilities. You may be working across either 1 of these verticals based on your skillset:
- Corporate Wellness & Franchising Partnering with organizations to design and implement employee well-being programs, covering nutrition, lifestyle management, and preventive health. Driving franchise opportunities to scale Balance Nutritions presence across new markets.
- Institutional (Gyms & Schools) Creating partnerships with gyms and fitness centers to integrate our technology and services in their channels, while also working with schools to drive brand 2 initiatives of Healthy beginnings and Healthier campuses in early childhood education and schools and colleges.
- Pharma & Medical Division – Forging strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, doctors, and smart clinics to integrate nutrition solutions into patient care, preventive health.
Across these areas, responsibilities will include launching new verticals, creating go-to-market strategies, managing sales flows, conducting user research, and building a high-performance organization with the right culture for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in alliances and partnerships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to close deals independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade people into buying what is being sold.

Depending on your experience we will place you at senior executive, Managerial, LEAD and the compensation will be decided on this basis.
