Key Responsibilities

1. Business Ownership & Growth

  • Own monthly and quarterly AUM growth targets across embedded lending and

co-lending programs; track performance rigorously and take proactive steps to exceed goals.

  • Take full responsibility for new partner acquisition and growth of existing

relationships, acting as the primary business owner for every partnership.

  • Maintain a bulls-eye focus on scale, ensuring a 510X book expansion in 18-24 months

on proven programs.

2. Platform Partnerships (Demand Side)

  • Identify and evaluate high-potential platform partners(fintechs, marketplaces,

aggregators, LSPs) aligned with company's thematic growth strategy.

  • Drive the complete partnership lifecyclefrom outreach and commercial structuring to

onboarding, go-live, and continuous scaling.

  • Monitor performance and collaborate with Risk & Credit to maintain top-tier portfolio

quality.

3. A Big Plus: If Co-Lending & Capital Supply can be looked as a lever of growth

  • Source, negotiate, and close large NBFC and Bank co-lending partners, including those

targeting PSL mandates.

  • Structure dealsthat enable rapid, high-quality scaling of the lending book.

4. Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead and coordinate across Credit/Risk, Product, Tech, Finance, Operations, and

Management to remove blockers quickly and keep every initiative on schedule.

  • Anticipate and resolve issues that could delay partner launches, disbursals, or scaling.

5. Strategic Input

  • Provide market intelligence on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor

moves to inform leadership strategy.

  • Build data-driven business cases and financial models for new partnerships and credit

programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or

equivalent preferred.

  • Experience: 3-8 years in fintech lending, strategic partnerships, business development, or

structured finance.

  • Demonstrated ability to own P&L or AUM targets and deliver consistent

month-on-month growth.

  • Deep understanding of embedded lending, co-lending structures, and digital lending

regulations.

  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder-management skills acrosssenior external

partners and internal teams.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capability with a data-driven approach to

decision making.

  • High bias for action, relentless follow-through, and comfort with entrepreneurial

ambiguity.
