Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Director of Partnerships to lead and expand our strategic alliances and partner ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships that accelerate revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, product, and marketing teams to create scalable partnership models and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute the overall partnership strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Partner Identification: Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities across technology, channel, platform, and ecosystem partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, defining terms, structure, and execution strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate partner offerings, co-develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure mutual success.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure partner impact, track performance, and report progress to leadership.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful B2B or B2C partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with experience managing complex contracts and relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
