Partnerships & Growth Founder's Office We are looking for a high-energy and entrepreneurial professional to join our Founder's Office team, focused on partnerships and growth. This role offers the opportunity to work directly

with the founders, solve challenging problems, and drive high-impact initiatives in fintech partnerships, capital raising, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive partnerships with fintechs and NBFCs, particularly for co-lending and FLDG structures.

Identify, source, and evaluate potential partners and investors across the lending ecosystem.

Build and maintain a strong network with fintech founders, NBFCs, and capital providers.

Create proposals, financial models, business projections, and presentations to enable strategic deals and fundraising.

Actively support debt raising by engaging with institutional and private investors.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and negotiate contracts with fintechs, NBFCs, and third-party providers.

Track competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes in fintech and lending.

Manage multiple parallel workstreams with meticulous note-taking, structured follow-ups, and seamless execution.

Deliver root-cause analyses and problem-solving breakdowns for critical business challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements

4+ years of experience in fintech, NBFCs, or related financial services, with direct exposure to co-lending or FLDG partnerships.

Strong academic credentials from a reputed university. Demonstrated high IQ through academic/professional achievements (e.g., difficult exams, selective programs).

Entrepreneurial mindset – proven ability to take an idea from 1 100 with ownership and persistence.

Strong decision-making skills with comfort operating under incomplete information.

Proven ability to work hard and thrive under pressure, demonstrated by past experiences of long hours on demanding problems.

Excellent communication and people skills – comfortable working with senior stakeholders across internal and external teams.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

A deep interest in fintech and lending ecosystems (partners, competitors, regulations, innovations).
