Role Overview

The (BDM) will be responsible for sourcing clients, assessing their loan requirements, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and banking partners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of loan products, and a proven background in client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. Client Communication & Negotiation- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills while interacting with clients.

  2. Product & Compliance Knowledge- Possess sound understanding of loan products, industry regulations, and compliance standards.

  3. Client Sourcing & Qualification- Identify, source, and qualify potential customers seeking personal or corporate loan solutions.

  4. Client Meetings & Application Processing- Meet clients to explain loan products, collect required documents, and guide them through the application process.

  5. Internal Coordination- Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure timely loan approvals and smooth processing.

  6. Networking & Representation- Represent V Pinnacle at industry events to build meaningful connections and promote company loan offerings.

Key Skills & Requirements

Age Requirement: 25–29 years

Education: Bachelor's degree or 12th pass with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

(Strictly no freshers)

Experience: Proven track record in client acquisition and credit assessment

Capabilities:

· Ability to offer personalized loan solutions based on individual and business needs

· Strong analytical, communication, and customer-handling skills

· Comfortable with cold calling and field interactions

Compensation: Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience) +Incentives (Attractive performance-based incentives)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
