Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT & Digital Marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and online platforms.
- Pitch and present Winshine Infotech's services (SEO, SMM, web/app development, branding, ORM, etc.) to potential clients.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing & tech) to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT/Digital Marketing).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Knowledge of IT and digital marketing services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/IT (MBA preferred).
