Position Overview :
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Hygiene Fresh's presence in your assigned region by building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in your assigned region.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Schedule client visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring business.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, FMCG, or Hygiene/Cleaning Industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.
- Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Willing to travel within assigned location (Calicut, Malappuram, or Palakkad).
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools) preferred.
