A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's long-term vision. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and assisting in closing deals to expand the company's customer base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and online/offline channels.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or services.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively.
  • Sales & Business Growth
  • Present company products/services to potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and support in closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights to management for new business opportunities and product positioning.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align business development strategies.
  • Support senior management in planning and executing growth strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
