Job Summary:

The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience by offering a warm welcome, personalised service, and seamless coordination between customers and store teams. As a GRE, you will be the face of Tanishq, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a courteous, professional, and elegant manner.
  • Understand the customer's purpose of visit and direct them to appropriate sales executives.
  • Maintain a customer-centric atmosphere throughout the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or minor complaints with empathy and promptness.
  • Maintain a customer walk-in register or digital check-in system.
  • Offer refreshments and create a comfortable waiting experience when needed.
  • Assist with appointment management, especially for high-value or repeat customers.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and back-office teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
  • Promote loyalty programs, feedback surveys, and collect basic customer data for CRM.
  • Support in organizing customer events, exhibitions, or festive celebrations within the store.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of grooming, etiquette, and professional appearance
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Fluency in local language (additional languages are a plus)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC
  • 12 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environment

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, including weekends and festive seasons
  • Standing and interaction with walk-in customers throughout the day
