
Guest Relations Executive

Dhun Wellness is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role goes beyond front desk responsibilities - it combines hospitality, sales conversion, and guest experience enhancement to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, calls, appointments & payments
Promote & upsell spa treatments, memberships, and retail products
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing directly to revenue
Address guest queries, resolve concerns, and build lasting relationships
Maintain guest records, schedules & sales reports while supporting management
Requirements
Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
5–7 years of guest services/front desk experience (luxury spa/hospitality preferred)
Strong sales ability with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Proficiency in MS Office & Zenoti (preferred)
Polished, professional, and highly organized personality
Fluency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
