
Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing B2B sales for smart industrial and commercial energy solutions via phone, email, and online channels, without typically meeting customers in person.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide relevant solutions and product demonstrations.
Qualify leads and route them to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Maintain and update a CRM database for all sales activities and client interactions.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to stay updated on IoT solutions and market demands.
Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and essential documentation for clients.
Provide timely responses to inbound customer inquiries and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in technology or industrial solutions.
Proven skills in B2B lead generation, sales techniques, and CRM management.
Excellent spoken and written English, strong email etiquette, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities, able to multitask and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
Technical aptitude in IoT or industrial automation solutions is considered an advantage.
Preferred Attributes
Experience handling industrial customers or technology solutions.
Familiarity with sales processes in energy management, industrial automation, or IoT.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Prior experience with presentation tools, Zoho, HubSpot, or other CRM software.
