This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Role Overview

The
Inside Sales Lead
will be responsible for managing and motivating the inside sales team to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. The role involves
cold calling, lead qualification, nurturing prospects
, and converting inquiries into customers. You'll also play a key role in developing strategies to grow the lead pipeline and ensure consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
  • Drive outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads from multiple sources (databases, web leads, referrals, etc.).
  • Cold Calling & Prospecting:
  • Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and digital channels to pitch co-working solutions.
  • Sales Funnel Management:
  • Track leads through CRM, ensure timely follow-ups, and maximize conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Set and monitor KPIs for the sales team, providing training and support where needed.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales and occupancy goals for assigned locations.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and improve lead quality and customer experience.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in
    inside sales / telesales / lead generation
    , with at least 1–2 years in a
    team lead or supervisory role
    .
  • Proven track record in
    cold calling and target achievement
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    B2B or B2C sales
    , preferably in real estate, coworking, or service-based industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
