Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Chennai, with some work from home acceptable. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for daily sales activities, managing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and handling account management. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our courses, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications

- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the e-learning industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
