Location: Chennai, India

Experience: 4–6 years

What you'll do:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling using tools like Lusha & ZoomInfo
  • Manage leads and track activities in CRM platforms (Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.)
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into demos and product signups
  • Articulate Sukraa Software's AI-driven healthcare solutions persuasively to prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing & product teams to align sales strategies

What we're looking for:

  • Proven inside sales experience (Healthcare/SaaS preferred)
  • Strong lead generation, nurturing, and CRM management skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and SaaS sales processes
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Role Description

This is a immediate, full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at Sukraa Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role requires continuous collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow revenue.
