Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will excel at building and managing a robust sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational revenue goals. This role primarily targets international markets and will require working night shifts to accommodate US time zones.
Mandates for the Roles:
- 1-4 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in international sales markets (US, Europe, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Experience in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and client relationship development.
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement via phone, email, and social media.
- Ability to work in a night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up communications to potential clients.
- Leverage various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to establish relationships with prospects.
- Research and identify potential leads using business directories, web searches, LinkedIn, and lead-generation tools.
- Build, maintain, and organize a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Ensure effective lead tracking and management through CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
- Develop rapport with prospects and set up meetings for senior sales executives to close deals.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align efforts and maximize results.
Good to Have Skills:
- Previous experience selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, web, mobility, or cloud-related solutions.
- Background in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, or technology services.
- Experience with market research and developing target prospect lists.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques.
