Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their property needs, guide them in selecting suitable options, and conduct property viewings. You will actively promote sales through networking, attend customer meetings, and build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service. Additionally, you will maintain market knowledge and stay updated on property trends to support both buyers and investors.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge or licensure in Real Estate and Real Property
  • Proven Sales skills and ability to drive successful negotiations
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to market trends
  • Experience in real estate or similar fields is preferred
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Bengaluru market is an advantage
