Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Associate to manage end-to-end sales operations. This includes property sourcing, buyer handling, field/site visits, negotiations and closure. The ideal candidate has hands-on sales experience in the Bangalore real estate market and is comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage daily property listings
  • Engage with property owners to verify details
  • Post listings across WhatsApp, Facebook and other channels
  • Handle buyer enquiries and understand requirements
  • Schedule and attend property site visits (mandatory)
  • Present properties professionally during visits
  • Negotiate with buyers and sellers
  • Close deals and coordinate token and documentation
  • Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
  • Share daily and weekly reports

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct and handle site visits confidently
  • Good follow-up discipline
  • Knowledge of South Bangalore micro-markets preferred
  • Self-driven, disciplined and sales-oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours on weekends if required

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
  • Commissions: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000 per deal
  • Monthly Earning Potential: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000+ based on performance
