With a focus on providing value to both clients and developers, we aim to make property purchasing a seamless journey for all involved.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Associate Vice President (AVP) - Real Estate Sales. Responsibilities include managing and driving real estate sales for residential projects, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing due diligence processes, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. The AVP will work closely with developers, manage a team, and ensure smooth operations to achieve business objectives.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Real Estate, and InvestmentsExperience in Finance and proficiency in financial analysis and planningProficiency in handling Due Diligence processes with attention to detailExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growthBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)Prior experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage
