The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, preparing sales reports, attending meetings with clients, and actively participating in sales presentations. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Management and Real Estate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in market research and sales strategy developmentAbility to prepare and present sales reportsCustomer relationship management experienceTeam coordination and leadership abilitiesKnowledge of Bengaluru's real estate marketBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and meet sales targets
