Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Business Management Graduate to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our organization. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business management, sales, collaborate with experienced professionals, and play a key role in achieving SPI’s strategic goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Support the development and execution of strategic business plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key projects and initiatives
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on key business metrics and performance indicators
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with sales growth strategies and provide general support to the management team


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
