About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Life Science graduates to join our Business Development team. This role involves engaging with prospective students/professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable courses. You will play a key role in driving admissions, building relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Counsel students and working professionals on our life science and clinical research programs.
  • Explain course details, career opportunities, and industry demand.
  • Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper follow-up and track progress in CRM tools.
  • Participate in webinars, events, and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to answer queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to optimize the sales process.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, counseling, and career guidance.
  • Basic understanding of life sciences and clinical research.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

  • Life Science graduates only (Biotech, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharma, Nursing, etc.).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/counseling experience are welcome.
