Role Description: SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate located in Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka.

The Senior Associate will be responsible for:

  • managing, mentoring and training 4 junior associates in the Bangalore office;

  • managing all our practice areas (if you're not familiar with a practice area, you'll learn);

  • liaising between our UAE and India offices;

  • implementing templates, workflows, systems and processes;

  • representing the firm at business development events in India;

  • direct client interactions, understanding their business needs, and liaising with Managing Partner to develop tailored legal solutions to meet those needs.

Role offers global exposure, global deals and managerial responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • B.A, LL.B in Law from a leading law school;
  • Minimum of 6 years of legal experience;
  • Experience managing and closing corporate transactions - whether M&A, VC or tech deals;
  • Experience managing teams;
  • Experience implementing or running legal systems, processes and templates;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work full time on-site in Indiranagar, Bangalore;
  • Past experience in an international law firm or in-house legal department is a plus.

There will be a written test in addition to your interview.
