Business Development Associate – Financial Advisory Sales

Location: Kadabeesanahalli, Bengaluru

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA + Uncapped Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and ambitious Business Development Associates to join our fast-scaling team at Liquide. In this role, you will be responsible for selling premium Financial Advisory Subscriptions to potential clients. The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in financial product sales such as Insurance, PMS, Mutual Funds, or other high-ticket investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone calls and WhatsApp (no field visits).
  • Present Liquide's Financial Advisory Subscription plans and highlight key benefits.
  • Understand client financial goals and recommend the right subscription plan.
  • Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and guide prospects through the conversion funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer relations, preferably in financial services (Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, Investment Products, etc.).
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a growth and performance-driven mindset.
  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Bengaluru.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
