Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients. Daily tasks will include presenting our training portfolio to prospective clients, managing sales inquiries, and developing strategies to expand our client base. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders will be a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Presentation Skills and delivering engaging presentations
  • Experienced in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
