About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Bengaluru.

This is a pure inside sales role — ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients over calls and WhatsApp, converting leads, and contributing directly to business growth.

If you have strong communication skills and proven experience in telesales or inside sales, this could be an excellent career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients via WhatsApp and phone calls (no field visits).
  • Explain our platform, features, and value proposition effectively.
  • Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client details in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer relations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident, disciplined, and results-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment.
