Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will help grow our business by managing communications, building client relationships, exploring new opportunities, and supporting strategies that drive growth. The Associate will also work closely with different teams to align sales efforts with business goals and share regular updates on progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and nurture long-term relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand business reach
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and submissions for strategic initiatives and partnerships
  • Track and report progress on business development activities

Qualifications

  • Skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement skills
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in clean energy or technology sectors is a plus
